Inc. is dedicated to assisting you in achieving “Peace of Mind” about your mostly vacant home in Taos County, NM, by keeping an eye on your property and keeping you informed of any changes. Chill-Ax! Inc is owned and operated by C Robert (Bob) Callan Bob has over 25 years of building experience and has been a licensed general contractor in NM since 1992. Bob also has 4 years of experience as a realtor here in Taos County and has done some (personal) property management at various times throughout his career. All this experience adds up to: Exceptional service – solid work ethic Quality professional care – responsive, timely, responsible Full knowledge of property ownership transfer process Full knowledge of homes and maintenance/upkeep requirements A complete network of professionals to assist when necessary Ability to communicate in whatever capacity necessary; face to face, phone, voice messaging, texting, email and fax Chill-Ax! Inc limits the number of clients it takes on in order to provide exceptional service for those we do serve! Chill-Ax! Inc’s services are limited to visual property inspections and other minor household affairs such as cleaning, dump runs, grocery shopping, snow removal etc. All other services such as handyman work, repair work, remodels and any other construction type work will be handled by C R Callan, a sole proprietorship – construction company, and its affiliates.
