Services and Rates

Basic Service – Inspection $45 (within a limited service area, outside that area extra fees apply)

There is a one time account establishment fee of $140.00

 

As often as the client requires, this can be monthly, weekly or daily, we will perform an on site visual inspection of the following;

             Grounds, fencing, exterior of building

             Check all faucets for flowing hot and cold water

             Check under each sink for properly flowing drainage

             Flush each toilet checking for proper operation

             Check mechanical room, including heat throughout the building

             Check fuel supply (propane) for heat

             Check every room for possible damage of any kind

             Check doors, windows and locks

             Look for signs of rodents

             Check the light bulbs and other electrical apparatus

             Provide email update after every inspection and phone calls when

             appropriate

 

If we find problems during our inspections, we will do the following;

             If the problem is minor  - we fix it on the spot.

             Example – loose hinge on door or light bulb needs replacement

             If the problem is more significant, we will do a quick assessment, shut off water, power or gas if necessary, then contact the owner and any specialists required.

             If the problem involves a specialist, such as a plumber or an alarm monitoring company or other specialist, we will contact them and make arrangements for their attention to the issue, as well as informing the owner.

             Discuss all potential expenses with owner prior to initiating work except in emergency situations.

             Follow up as required to see the issue resolved to the owner satisfaction

Chill-Ax! Inc. also offers the following services upon request at a negotiated rate based on services required;

 

Cleaning – before and/or after a visit  Snow removal

Alarm calls                               Yard work

Handyman work                     grocery stocking before a visit

Trash/dump runs

 

Also any and all construction services are available: from handyman service to repairs, remodels additions and new construction. Cost determined by project.
